The Society's Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece that leaves our door. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, we'll put it right — no drama, no hoops.

Refunds are available for:

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Orders that were incorrectly fulfilled

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To get the process started, reach out to us at support@thegreyhoundsociety.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We're reasonable people. So is your greyhound, most of the time.

This policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on request.

A note on care

Our tees reward a little attention. Washing instructions are included with your order — following them is the single best thing you can do to ensure your piece lasts as long as your greyhound's napping career.
